One of our main activities is the Legalization of Documents. These are documents that have been created in Cyprus and need to be recognised by Authorities of other countries. In this case they must be legalized. The legalization may be performed by either of the following processes:

  • For non-signatory countries of the Hague Convention on Private International Law, the documents must be certified twice: by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and subsequently by the local embassy (or consulate) of the receiving country.

(*) Apostille is a simplified procedure of authenticating a document finalized with a certificate. Such a document is considered authentic under the provisions of the Hague Convention.
