About Us

In 2008, Panagiotis Alexandrou, as an individual, started offering corporate services in a handful of customers. His consistent and reliable service proved to be a major factor for being introduced to new customers by his initial customers.

By 2010, our clients were doubled and they are being increased year after year since then. At the end of the year the business name PandaServe was reserved and started being used by Panagiotis Alaxandrou.

In 2013, “Pandaserve Ltd” was formed by Panagiotis Alexandrou along with Diana Alexandrou as a partner and office administrator. At the same time, our team grew when Christos Nicolaou joined the company. Since then, our customers are enjoying an all day service whether an in-town or out-of-town presence is needed.

In 2015, our services were extended to the electronic world as much as possible. Even though we have been using technology for the benefit of our customer from the first day of our existence, we are the first to offer on-line transactions at the Registrar of Companies as a service since its availability.

In 2016, Diana Alexandrou extended the services of our organisation. She formed a new department that can offer Accounting & Tax services.

Beginning of 2017, we moved our offices in the centre of Limassol, next to the Limassol District Courts. Few months later, May to be exact, Pambos Charalambous joined our company. Initially, he was assisting mainly for the Limassol services  but quite soon he was able to support in Nicosia too.
